/castsequence reset=target/ 0 1, 0 2, 0 3, 0 4, 0 5, 0 6, 0 7, 0 8, 0 9,0 10, 0 11, 0 12
is what I use for buffs
place your buffs. food etc in first 12 slots of your first bag
if 12 is to many, just reduce the number to 8 or something
