Non-Boss Mobs with Saronite Barrier - Teleports when de-aggro while in freezing trap/arrow.
PTR - Instantly teleports when combat releases while in freezing trap/arrow.
Live - Mobs just stay in place then runs back after cc duration.
Addendum - Also observed with paladin repentance, mobs with saronite barrier instant teleports.
Also noticed the long distance aggro retention with mobs, 3-4x the tether distance compared with live before mobs lose aggro/combat.
