I cannot get to playing. I need help it says "Error creating character". Please help, what is wrong?

I downloaded your client, then your patch because it wouldn't let me log in right off the bat. Also, do i use username or email to log in?

Solved, Its the draanei that gives the error, I made a Night elf just fine.
