What I tested (stat, spell, talent): Attack, Bite (Rank 11) Wolverine Bite

Result on PTR: 1.2 damage (Attack), 770-1800 (Bite (Rank 11), 7000-14000 (Wolverine Bite)

Result on live: 8 million - 16 million (Attack), 15 million (Bite, Rank 11), 16 million (Wolverine Bite)
