Forum user rating system

[Unknown player]

I have a qustion regarding the rating system here on the forum. Are you allowed to rate people + or - as you see fit or is this against the rules? I’ve been reeding suggestion for the server that I some times agree with and sometimes disagree with. Do i then have the right to rate this user on the forum via their thread?
