- Priest: Power Word Shield is nerfed.
- Shaman: Lavaburst is slightly nerfed.
- Shaman: Searing Totem is nerfed.
- Shaman: Lightning Shield is nerfed.
- Warlock: Immolate is boosted.
- Warrior: Rend is slightly nerfed.
- Warrior: Donor Set Bonus: 20% absord damage is removed.
- Death Knight: Threat of Thassarian is nerfed.
- Death Knight: Wandering Plague is slightly nerfed.
- Death Knight: Howling Blast is boosted.
- Druid Tier 17-21 + Donor Helm (Head Slot): Melee attacks in Cat Form have a chance to generate 20 additional energy: (This bonus will remain for future tier helms aswell)
