The Spell category cooldown (2m) is changed into 1 min (as it was before) while the item cooldown remains 2 mins.
This means you can use the human racial after 1 mins of using the trinket(s) but both trinkets will still have 2 mins CD.
So it works as intended now, tested and confirmed by players.
(This is a pending fix. Will be auto applied after next server restart, also clear your cache.)
