With the upcoming tier release, we've decided to remove some raids (since we will have 26 raids in total).
The tier numbers have been updated, and the stats remain the same; the only thing that has been updated is the title/description.
For example, Molten Core, previously Tier 17, has now become Tier 5.

Note: If you were farming in the removed raids, you'll have to start from T4 again in order to get T5 (Molten Core) items since T4 is required to complete T5 quests.

The following tiers have been removed;

- Scarlet Monastery: Tier 5
- Deadmines: Tier 6
- Gundrak: Tier 7
- Zul'Aman: Tier 8
- Gruul's Lair: Tier 12
- The Arcatraz: Tier 13
- The Blood Furnance: Tier 14
- Culling of Stratholme: Tier 15
- The Nexus: Tier 16

Make sure to clear your cache files (WDB) folder while your WoW client is not running. Otherwise, you will still see the old data.
