Demoralizing Shout has been disabled in certain areas, such as world boss locations, due to a bug that reduced the boss's spell damage too much.
However, I have been monitoring groups and adjusted the spell damage of some bosses; they are now perfectly manageable.
Notice: By the way in case you are new to WoW, you are supposed to avoid (run away) AoE abilities such as Blistering Cold (25 yards), Arcane Explosion (35 yards), Rain of Fire, Blizzard and Death and Decay ("Green circle/aura" from Lady Deathwhisper).
Same for tanks (watched over 10 world boss raids today), some are just standing in AoE instead of slightly moving the boss and stressing the healers for no reason. (logic..)
- Sindragosa Frost Breath/Blistering Cold/Blizzard are nerfed by 30%.
- Deathwhisper Death and decay is nerfed by 50%.
- Deathwhisper Frostbolt Volley is nerfed by 20%.
- Firemaw/Volchan Rain of Fire and Shadow Bolt (Firemaw) are nerfed by 25%.
- Kel'Thuzad Frost Bolt AoE is nerfed by 15%.
- Azuregos spells are nerfed by 30%.
- Nefarian Shadowbolt Volley is nerfed by 30%.
