note--- you use 3/6 runes and 80 runic power

at this point you can see if you need to re use or .... hold to use heal (rune tap)
or get the first pet to sacrifice... recomend to kill gargyole..
or army of death xD,

get Glyps of [Glyph of Disease] [Glyph of Howling Blast] [Glyph of Icy Touch] [Glyph of Pestilence]

so you can ... kill most of mobs some like Black temple are inmune, so you must save
unholy and frost... for one death strike to get Healed... at least 2 times... rotations are ... goood at some point... for pvp ... must use head... for pve... just depends on what mobs and dmg you get hope this helps
