Donor set item stats (excluding weapons, which might be adjusted later) have been changed. The previous stats were disorganized and not comparable to Tier sets, so we copied the T14.5 Heroic stats and boosted the donor items by around 5%. The set bonus + custom spells on the donor items are NOT removed. Only the stats have been adjusted. While 5% might sound small, the numbers are significant enough to make a noticeable difference.
When we release a new tier, we always increase the previous tier's stats by 2%. For example, the difference between T14 and T14.5 is just 1%. We'll monitor the changes and see if the donor sets need further boosting, but they should be fine as is.
This adjustment is necessary to make classes more balanced, as some players have requested nerfs for certain classes that are perfectly fine in Tier Gear but become too overpowered with donor items. So since Tier & Donor gear are now closer to each other, balancing classes will be much easier in the future.
